Agency Relationship

Lamperez Luxury Travels operates as an independent travel advisor hosted by LuxRally Travel. As a hosted agency, LuxRally Travel provides administrative, operational, and supplier relationships that support the planning and execution of travel services.

All bookings, reservations, and travel arrangements are made through third-party suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, and destination service providers.

Payments & Processing

All payments for travel services are processed through LuxRally Travel and/or the respective travel suppliers. Lamperez Luxury Travels does not directly process or hold client funds.

By submitting payment, you agree to the terms and conditions of the respective supplier and LuxRally Travel. For full details, please review LuxRally Travel’s official terms and conditions here

Full payment must be received by the supplier’s specified due date. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your booking without notice.

Pricing & Availability

All pricing is subject to change until confirmed and paid in full. Availability is not guaranteed until reservations are secured and payment is processed.

Lamperez Luxury Travels is not responsible for pricing changes, inventory fluctuations, or supplier-imposed adjustments.

Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

All changes and cancellations are subject to the terms and penalties set by the travel supplier. Refunds, if applicable, are processed by the supplier and may be subject to fees, timelines, or restrictions beyond our control.

Lamperez Luxury Travels is not responsible for delays in refund processing or denied refund requests from suppliers.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment. Coverage may include trip cancellation, medical emergencies, travel delays, and other unforeseen events.

Failure to obtain travel insurance is done at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

Lamperez Luxury Travels acts solely as an intermediary between clients and travel suppliers. We are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by suppliers or events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, mechanical issues, government actions, or acts of God.

Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Participation in the Lamperez Luxury Travels Referral Program (“Program”) constitutes full and unconditional agreement to the following terms and conditions. Lamperez Luxury Travels reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.

To qualify for a referral reward, the referred individual (“Referee”) must be a new client who has not previously booked or traveled with Lamperez Luxury Travels. The Referee must complete a qualifying travel booking, pay in full, and successfully complete and return from the trip. Bookings that are canceled, refunded, disputed, or not completed will not qualify.

Both the referring individual (“Referrer”) and the Referee are eligible to receive one (1) $100 Visa Gift Card per qualifying booking, provided all Program requirements are satisfied. Referral rewards will only be issued after the Referee has completed travel and has been verified by Lamperez Luxury Travels as meeting all Program qualifications.

Gift cards will be processed and issued within approximately 180 days following the Referee’s return from travel.

Referrals must be disclosed at the time of booking. Retroactive referrals, duplicate referrals, or self-referrals are strictly prohibited. Lamperez Luxury Travels reserves the right to verify all referrals and deny rewards in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.

Gift cards are not redeemable for cash, are non-transferable, and may not be substituted or exchanged. All gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing provider. Lamperez Luxury Travels is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged gift cards once issued.

This Program is void where prohibited by law. By participating, individuals agree to release and hold harmless Lamperez Luxury Travels from any liability, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Program or use of any reward.

By engaging Lamperez Luxury Travels for travel planning services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
